Wage: $9.00 per hr. or better D.O.E. & E
Job Type: Full Time 
Work Days: Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Job Description:

• Inside sales position – out bound telephone calls
• Also conduct online chats and messaging
• Prospect fro new clientele (cold calls)
• Conduct follow-up service calls
• IT management of existing web-site
• Access and update web-site newsletter
• Post promotions online –  take down when expired 
• Typing is a must, keeping journals of calls, sales & orders on CRM system
• May on occasion coordinate with supply and equipment vendors 
• Work closely with owner and office manager assisting with daily operations 
• Other duties may include: coordinate with service personnel, operate office equipment and provide clerical support.
