Wage: $10:00 – $12.00 per hr. D.O.E
Job Type: Full Time 
Work Days: Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Job Description:

• Jack of all trades – Must know how to fix Plumbing problems
• Clean out vacant units
• Repairing and refurbishing residential properties
• Electrical, plumbing, painting drywall, framing, appliance service & repair, etc..
• Routine grounds clean-up – mowing, trimming and picking up trash
• If Experienced – will do light HVAC work – troubleshooting
