Job Tittle: General Accounting Clerk

Wage: $9.50 – $10.00 per hr.
Job Type: Part Time 32 – 34 hours per week
                   (on occasion may be Full-Time, must be flexible and available to work a 40 hours week when                       needed)
Work Days: Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.

Job Description:

• Basic accounting duties
• Work under the supervision of the general accountant 
• Enter data on Excel and “C-Store” convenience store software
• Post accounts payable payments
• Verify sales report  and daily balancing of deposits
• Verify reports from store maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned
